Pickup from select Waikiki hotels or free parking available at the harbor for guests driving out.

- Bathing suit (wear before boarding the bus)

Special requirements
- No more than one bag per person due to limited space on the boat
- Meals do not accommodate allergies; prepare your own food if needed
- For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking along with matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking

- Full-face snorkel masks are prohibited. Traditional snorkel gear is provided.
- No guarantee of dolphin sightings, though the majority of tours do encounter dolphins
- In compliance with NOAA rules, dolphins can only be watched from a distance

Cancellations
Any cancellations or amendments (tour date, time, etc.) must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the departure time on the reservation date in order to receive a full refund of the tour fees.
Next day reservations will be considered FINAL SALE.
Please be aware: We do not provide refunds for no-show and/or tardiness.
