• Our O`ahu guided chocolate tour and tasting experience is family-friendly–with so much to see, smell, learn about and taste, the farm’s wide-open spaces make this a wonderful event for even small children who will enjoy cuddling our baby mini-goats! The tour is fun for fruit and flower lovers too as we view flowers and fruits that are in season during your tour!
• Your guides will share our farm’s vision for creating sustainable diversified agriculture on Oahu and share the long agricultural history of this land to include many of the original “”canoe crops”” brought to Hawaii by the early voyagers. You will participate in the chocolate tasting experience in the shade of our tasting pavilion, where we explain the post-harvest processing of cacao, the health benefits of cacao, explain how chocolate is made, and explore the various influences on the flavors and textures of chocolate. The tasting includes all the chocolates grown on our farm as well as other Hawaii grown and made samples that highlight the distinctive flavors of craft chocolate!
